• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products.

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
