📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
During periods of high demand, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Flat rate shipping: $10 per order (standard delivery).
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us at info@sereniteglow.com for expedited rates and options.
Note: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required.
📩 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
❗ Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
🌎 Shipping Availability
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.
